“Tachyon healings, focusing on the pain body, have been a powerful tool in my journey towards greater awareness and freedom, encompassing the mental, emotional, physical and energetic dimensions of experience. Some of the healings were releases of long-held pain and trauma. Some of the healings were gentle journeys. All of them have helped me to become more able to recognise when I am having a ‘negative’ response to the world, which is a great gift because I am less caught up in drama, and less likely to perceive my suffering as a personal problem. I can now see when a “button is pressed” and instead of responding in an unhealthy way I can simply let my pain naturally release. I can see when a reaction is a response to more recent occurrences because I am less caught up in my old karma. This may seem subtle , but it really helps me to engage with my emotional body in a much healthier way. I used to suffer from strong emotions and was usually in a state of either overwhelm, or attempted control mechanisms!
